Q. Can you create a model of two or more people together?

We do not offer figurines for two or more people together at the moment, although our first tests look promising. People can only be scanned one at a time.

Q. Can a number of scan attempts be made to allow a choice?

Yes, we take a number of scans within the 15 minutes of your session to enable you to choose which scan you prefer.

Q. Is it safe to be 3D scanned?

Yes, our 3D scanning process is harmless. It is the same as being photographed but with more than one camera.

Q. What is the figurine made of?

It is made of high performance composite plaster based powder.

Q. Can I wash my figurine with water?

No, the only way to clean it is with a soft brush or a dry cloth.

Q. Can I order extra copies or reprints in the future?

Of course. We store your data for future reprints. Simply quote the unique code you will find printed on the base of your figurine and you can pay and order over the phone.

Q. Are there any limitations to what I can wear?

There are small limitations like transparent items, large areas of glossy or highly reflective clothing.

Q. What pose can I take?

As long as you are in range of the scanner you can take any pose you like.

Q. If I want to look thinner or get rid of spots or bruises, can it be do

Yes, we do offer editing services for an extra cost. A little touch-up, for example, to remove spots or bruises - you can discuss these and other advanced editing options on the day.

Q. Can a single scan be printed multiple times?

Yes, you can have as many copies as you like and we can also print your model in more than one size.

Q. What happens if I cannot find my reference number or confirmation?

At the ceremony we will have lists of names that will enable us to identify the slot we have reserved for you.

However if you can remember to bring your reference number or a print out of your order with you it can save some time.

Some people store it on their mobile phone!

Q. Can I book on the day?

If your University or College allows us to offer this service, then please turn up at least one hour before your ceremony and report to the sales desk next to the scanning booth.

You will be able to pay by cash or most major credit and debit cards.

You will need to complete a form giving us your name, address and contact details.

Q. What do I do to change my order or to cancel it?

Please email us using the Contact Us page on this website, quoting your reference number, name and university or college. Let us know the change(s) to be made or cancellation if necessary. We will confirm back to you by email once we have carried out the change.

Alternatively you can ring us on the number on this website and give us the information over the phone, and we will confirm the changes verbally to you.

Orders cancelled 24 hours prior to the ceremony receive a full refund, cancellations after that time may be subject to a modest administration charge.

Q. I did not make it to the graduation. How do I get a refund?

Please follow the same procedure as for making changes to your booking. Contact us promptly to confirm that you did not attend as this helps us to ensure that you receive your refund promptly. Refunds for orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the ceremony may be subject to an administration charge.

Q. How long does it takes for my figurine to be created?

Although it may look simple, creating your figurine is a very complex process. Therefore it may take up to 21 days to deliver.

Q. How quickly can I expect my figurine to be delivered?

We try to despatch figurines as quickly as we can after the ceremony, but no later than 20 working days after the ceremony.

Q. Can you post it to my home address?

Yes, we can send it to any UK, European or international address for an extra cost. See our table of delivery charges.
